Our team of Cathodic Protection Specialist Engineers and Technicians provides a turnkey project for the protection of structures, either buried underground or immersed in sea water, including:
Pipelines, jetties, and offshore structures; refineries; process and water treatment plants; storage tank bottoms and internals; buried or mounded LPG vessels; power station intakes; screens; pumps; concrete structures; sheet steel piling; and foundations.
The service encompasses everything from initial consultancy, that may include plant site surveys, cost evaluation and project design through installation, testing and commissioning, including regular inspection and maintenance checks. In addition to our full-time staff, we can utilize independent laboratories for specialized investigations.

to protect buried, immersed steel structures as follows:
➢ Consultancy: plant & site surveys, cost evaluations, general / detailed design, preparation of specifications
➢ System Design: optimum design for project, inclusive of bill of material supply
➢ Installation by our engineers or supervision of installations in conjunction with client/contractor staff and diving teams, if appropriate.
➢ Commissioning: initial switch-on, testing, and commissioning prior to final hand-over.
➢ Maintenance on a project-to-project basis or by annual contract.
➢ Surveys Pipeline coating and cathodic protection surveys include Person, Close Interval Potential Survey (CIPS), Signal Attenuation, Direct Current Voltage Gradient (DCVG), Stray Current and Interference Surveys, Pipeline Current Mapping (PCM), and Soil Resistivity Survey.
➢ Turn-key A complete turn-key project comprises design, supply, installation, testing & commissioning on cathodic protection systems.
